The person consuming the meat may get sick and experience stomach cramps, fever, nausea, and vomiting.
The bacteria in cooked meat, such as beef, pork and lamb, can be very dangerous to eat because they will multiply during the cooking process. If the meat is left out at room temperature for an extended period of time (overnight), it allows these bacteria to grow exponentially and make the person much more sick.
